Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed CAD drawings and elevations using Autocad.
  • Develop practical, aesthetic, and purpose-driven designs for corporate layouts.
  • Prepare BOQs, conduct site visits, and ensure quality control.
  • Maintain attention to detail and manage timelines effectively.
  • Draft layouts and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in commercial interiors.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality designs.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, technical drawings, and drafting skills.
  • Proficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup, and 3DS-Max.
