Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled administrator to provide critical support for our global risk management teams.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in system administration, data analysis, and process improvement. This role will involve building out enhancements, addressing user issues, and managing system configurations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recommend improvements to minimize risks and improve efficiency.
  • eGRC system responsibilities: Administration, Enhancements, Break fix, Data Exporting, Reporting, and Dashboarding.
  • Design and implement workflows, approval processes, and email template alerts.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Process Automation, Flows, and Process Builders.
  • Configure user roles, profiles, record sharing, and security settings across the platform.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI preferred.
  • Experience with creating and modifying workflow automation.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders across business areas and functions.
  • Project management skills.
  • Data focused mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, etc.) preferable.
  • Previous experience with GRC solutions (Fusion Risk Management, RSA-Archer, Auditboard, etc.).
  • Experience in Data ETL, Reporting, Dashboarding, Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, etc.
