Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our Bounteous Apple & Windows laptop fleet
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use, including laptops, operating systems, and software
  • Manage and maintain various applications and systems, including password resets and user account creation
  • Assist with the full device lifecycle, including purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning
  • Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from other teams

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Office 365 user administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Apple Mac support
  • SolarWinds Service Manager experience
  • Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) experience
