Deputy Manager UI UX Designer Job Description

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the requirements of web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to software platforms, and incorporate findings into design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Knowledge of React is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, MUI etc.
  • Convert designs built on Figma/Adobe XD to webpage using HTML , CSS, JavaScript & JQuery.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX developer, preferably in software platform design for Mobile and Web applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished projects for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools preferably Adobe XD, or Sketch, Figma etc.
  • Proficient in languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & JQuery. Should have strong working experience in web responsive design with Media Queries.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Scrum methodology.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA to track and manage design tasks, collaborate with teams, and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
