Job Title: Senior Contract Specialist

In this role, you will play a vital part in our business operations by providing contract management and legal risk assessment support to various teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in contract and commercial laws, backed by experience in agreement drafting and review.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, such as service contracts, vendor agreements, consultancy contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
  2. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to cybersecurity and technology services.
  3. Collaborating with external consultants, advisors, and regulatory authorities.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  1. Maintain accurate documentation and repository of agreements, legal notices, and filings.
  2. Assist in dispute resolution, legal research, and compliance documentation.

We seek a proactive, solution-oriented individual with effective coordination and communication skills for working with external consultants and internal teams.

The preferred profile includes:

  1. 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in technology or services sectors.
  2. Exposure to IT/ITES, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven businesses will be an added advantage.
