Product Engineer - AI Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Product Engineer to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end product solutions using Ruby and React, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and iterate fast-paced features, prioritizing speed and quality.
  • Integrate intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks to drive innovation.
  • Create efficient architectures that eliminate unnecessary layers, focusing on direct integration and smart design.
  • Deploy high-utility features that impact thousands of users, driving meaningful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking: You make tactical decisions quickly and prioritize product outcomes over code details.
  • LLM / Langchain expertise: You've built real-world features or products using Langchain and understand the LLM ecosystem, having developed a serious LLM-integrated application and brought it to market.
  • Agentic flow experience: You've designed and implemented agentic flows using LLMs and deployed them successfully.
  • Full-stack proficiency: You work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), eliminating handoffs and silos.
  • Zero-API mentality: You're comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions, focusing on direct integration.
  • AI app launch experience: You've launched at least one AI-powered product, preferably LLM-based.
  • Ownership mindset: You're hands-on, bottom-line accountable, and thrive in unstructured environments.
