We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to contribute to the architecture and support the initial launch of our product. This role involves building SaaS and AI software applications from scratch that can scale to a large number of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of scalable and efficient backend systems using Python and Django REST Framework (preferred).
  • Build RAG systems from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating.
  • Develop AI agents using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI (preferred), or similar.
  • Work with Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB.
  • Experience with MySQL databases like PostgreSQL or similar, and NoSQL database like MongoDB or similar.
  • Potential experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Collaborate on projects involving large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile web development, version control systems, and coding copilots.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python and Django rest framework with at least 2 years of real-world experience.
  • Hands-on experience with building RAG systems.
  • Experience building AI agents and using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI (preferred), or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Good English communication skills to work in an international environment.
