Job Title: Market Research Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, with experience in data collection, field management, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Data Collection: Design and implement data collection strategies, including sample design, deployment plans, and field work monitoring.
  • Field Management: Manage field-related issues, meet client objectives, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Reporting: Provide timely status reports, project analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including survey programming, data processing, and coding teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as SPSS, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with market research software, such as Decipher and ConfirmIT
