Job Summary:

Zifcare is a fast-growing B2B startup specializing in orthopedic products. We are seeking a Content and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with subject matter experts and research teams to create engaging content for social media, website articles, blogs, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with subject matter experts to create high-quality informative content around our products and the orthopedic field.
  • Translate complex research and technical material into engaging and easy-to-understand formats for blogs, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
  • Develop product-related content (e.g., how-to guides, product benefits, and customer success stories) to educate healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Plan, create, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and monitor conversations around our brand and industry.
  • Drive awareness and interest in our orthopedic products by using creative content formats such as infographics, videos, and polls.
  • Research and identify content opportunities based on SEO best practices and industry trends to drive traffic to our website.
  • Optimize all content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to position our startup as a thought leader in the orthopedic industry through expert-driven content.
  • Create and share compelling narratives about the impact and importance of our products in improving patient outcomes.
  • Track content performance metrics using analytics tools and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Continuously refine and improve content based on data insights and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the healthcare or orthopedic industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working with medical or scientific information and simplifying it for non-expert audiences.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and lead generation through content.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how to tailor content for each.
  • Experience with SEO keyword research and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) preferably WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and adjust strategies.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, particularly in orthopedics, rehabilitation, and mobility aids.
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and research teams to accurately convey product information and scientific findings in a simple, digestible format.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
