Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Management Specialist to ensure smooth financial operations of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for the plant.
  • Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
  • Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management.
  • Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.
  • Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance.
  • Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Experience in banking operations and export transactions.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.
  • Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel.

Qualification:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant
