Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of baristas, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing legendary customer service to all customers.
  • Lead and manage the shift team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
  • Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Foster a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift.
  • Develop positive relationships with shift team members by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling a team in a retail setup.
  • Minimum education qualification - 12th / Diploma +.
