Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Contact Center Enterprise Engineer. This role will play a critical part in supporting our Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP) solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Proficiency in basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC components and troubleshooting techniques is essential.
  • Knowledge of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms, as well as understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, is required.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL process and Cisco Voice network deployment models, including voice network devices, is necessary.
  • Experience with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, and integration with other tools, is highly valued.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling is also required.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment is essential.
  • Previous experience on Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain complex contact center systems using Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system performance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and training to junior engineers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contact center engineering with focus on Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale contact center systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
