Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Artwork Project Manager to lead the management of design projects related to packaging, labels, and artwork.

As an Artwork Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications. You will also create and maintain project schedules and timelines, allocate design tasks to appropriate team members, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

The successful candidate will have experience working with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, and Workfront. They must possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to assess workloads, availability, and skills of design team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Allocate design tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks in project workflow.

Deliverables:

  • Well-coordinated and efficiently managed design projects.
  • Establish process for quality assurance and control for design deliverables.
  • Project handover from Global to Regional teams on completion.
  • Clear and effective communication between project stakeholders.
  • Process improvement recommendations and implementations.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess workloads, availability, and skills of design team members.
  • Knowledge of design principles and processes.
  • Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools.
