Job Summary:

Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cisco UCCE and CVP engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, implementation, and integration of contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Architecture: Analyze business requirements and design robust contact center architectures that support scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions.
  • Implementation Configuration: Lead or participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of contact center components, including call servers, gateways, and media servers.
  • System Integration: Integrate contact center systems with third-party applications, such as CRM systems, workforce management, and IVR call recording analytics.
  • Scripting Application Development: Develop, update, and troubleshoot VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.
  • Support Troubleshooting: Provide tier-3 support for complex issues, investigate root causes, and resolve incidents involving contact center technologies.
  • Performance Monitoring Optimization: Monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows, proactively identifying bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cisco UCCE-CVP certification.
  • Collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
