Senior Contact Center Solutions Engineer

About the Role: Our client is a global leader in digital engineering and technology services, providing innovative solutions to Fortune 2000 companies worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contact Center Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex contact center systems that support scalable, resilient, and high-performing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Architecture: Develop robust architecture and analyze business requirements to create effective contact center solutions.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Lead or participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of contact center components.
  • Integration: Integrate contact center systems with third-party applications, such as CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording analytics, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Development and Troubleshooting: Develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.
  • Tier-3 Support: Provide tier-3 support for complex issues, investigate root causes, and resolve incidents involving contact center technologies.
  • System Health and Performance Monitoring: Monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows to proactively identify bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory skills: Azure Infra Services, UCCX, AWS Infra Services, Cisco Webex, Cisco Ipcc, NICE Contact Center, CUCM.
  • Good to have skills: Azure Infra Services, Cisco Webex, CUCM.
