Voip Network Engineer


Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned VoIP Network Engineer to join our team in India. If you have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences, this opportunity is for you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure UCCE components including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, CUSP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows.
  • Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning.

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components.
  • Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows.

  • Good-to-Have Skills:
  • High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows.
