Restaurant and Bar Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar. This individual will be responsible for driving exceptional guest service, managing financial performance, and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day Food and Beverage operations, including customer service, employee productivity, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Lead personnel management, including recruitment, training, and development of employees.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
