Job Title: Identity and Access Data Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations for Identity and Access Management – Data Services. This involves ensuring native user data is aggregated to Onecert, adhering to established processes without deviations. The role also entails monitoring activities to ensure data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure user data is refreshed to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, convert and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Implement strict adherence to established process to generate reports and follow defined escalation process to source user lists.
  • Support the sourcing of user lists and SAM documents for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external teams to establish/participate in active collaborations for user list sourcing.
  • Highlight/mitigate risk pertaining to IAM process and the bank.
  • Enhance IAM processes under the guidance of IAM leaders.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Undertake regular review and exercises related to application security for compliance to current procedures/processes.
