Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead the implementation and optimization of our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DLP solutions, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective policies that balance risk mitigation with business productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DLP Solution Implementation & Optimization
    • Design, implement, and manage DLP policies for email, endpoints, cloud storage, and web traffic.
    • Conduct data classification and discovery scans to identify sensitive information.
    • Establish role-based access controls (RBAC) to manage DLP policy enforcement.
    • Implement custom content detection rules for industry-specific sensitive data (e.g., PII, PCI, PHI).
  • Policy Review & Enhancement
    • Regularly review and fine-tune DLP policies to reduce false positives and negatives.
    • Work with IT teams and business units to align DLP configurations with organizational security policies.
    • Maintain incident response playbooks and coordinate mitigation strategies for data leaks.
  • Incident Response & Monitoring
    • Investigate DLP alerts and incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
    • Escalate high-risk incidents to Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) teams.
    • Generate DLP reports and dashboards to track policy violations and incident trends.
  • Data Governance & Compliance
    • Create and manage classification labels and content policies.
    • Set permissions for users based on organizational requirements.
    • Activate or deactivate file protection as needed.
    • Transfer ownership or revoke access to files.
