Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead - Dynamics CRM to join our rapidly growing team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

You will work closely with our global teams to implement custom applications using the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, as well as utilizing out-of-the-box CRM applications for business needs such as case management and task management.

Banking experience is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions.

They will also have expertise in curating and brainstorming approaches to requirements, estimating efforts around multiple approaches, and narrating and quantifying pros and cons.

Additionally, they will develop and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and dashboards, and implement integrations with external systems.

They will also be involved in development using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, and ADO.NET, writing clean and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system and providing timely resolution to ensure high system availability and performance will also be part of their responsibilities.

Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget will be essential.

Finally, they will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in CRM development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex CRM solutions
  • Expertise in curating and brainstorming approaches to requirements
  • Ability to estimate efforts around multiple approaches and narrate and quantify pros and cons
  • Experience in developing and customizing CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and dashboards
  • Ability to implement integrations with external systems
  • Experience in development using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, and ADO.NET
