Job Title: HR Manager

The role of the Human Resources Manager is to play a pivotal part in contributing to the success of an organization by managing human resources and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
    • Source and hire candidates through job portals across various regions.
    • Develop talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Management & Engagement
    • Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations.
    • Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies.
    • Promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees.
    • Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
    • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager/Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms.
  • Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
  • A collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
