Regional Business Leader

The Regional Business Leader oversees the strategic management and growth of business operations within a designated region. Key responsibilities include driving sales targets, managing distributor and dealer networks, and implementing pricing policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth & Development
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key distributors and dealers to ensure successful partnerships.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency & Management
    • Oversee day-to-day regional operations, including billing, collections, stock, and logistics.
    • Evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales and support professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
    • Provide regular training and coaching to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
    • Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members.
  • Customer Engagement & Market Research
    • Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
    • Provide regular feedback and insights to inform business strategy.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with head office teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
