Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient service delivery and effective issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and integrate all operational functions to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Implement systems for seamless operation and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Manage crisis situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Fleet Management:
  • Administer vehicle operations according to industry standards and best practices.
  • Monitor fleet allocation and ensure optimal utilization.
  • Maintain fleet accessories as per company guidelines.
  • Balance chauffeur-to-fleet ratios for maximum efficiency.
Sales & Servicing:
  • Grow revenue by developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform business decisions.
  • Meet or exceed set targets and budgets.
  • Resolve major customer complaints effectively.
Finances:
  • Prepare annual branch budgets and financial plans.
  • Monitor cash flow and control expenses within established norms.
  • Manage receivables and ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and accurate reporting.
HR & Administrative:
  • Oversee branch administration to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Customer Service and Drivers teams with competent professionals.
  • Conduct regular appraisals to monitor team performance.
  • Enforce implementation and monitoring of statutory requirements.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards.
  • Manage contractual employees effectively.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree or Hotel Management qualification
