Job Title: Consultant Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role that will help drive business success. The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional technical and communication skills, with a strong background in Genesys and contact center technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The job holder will be qualified as Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communications) or equivalent.
  • Excellent Technical & Communication skills are required.
  • Experience of at least 10 years only on Genesys & within Telecommunication having worked on Contact Center Technologies is essential.
  • Experience in Financial industry would be beneficial.
  • Extensive experience (+ 5 yrs) in Genesys/Aspect Operations & ITIL processes is required.
  • Solution and implementation Experience (+3 yrs) is also necessary.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should have SIP detail knowledge- 7 to 8 out of 10 (on a scale of 1 to 10).
  • Good experience on Framework & HA is required.
  • ITIL- Experience - Must have experience on L2/L3 support for large group for 3 yrs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting L2/L3 detailed (log level) experience is essential.
  • Implementation (Installation and Configuration experience) in Production is necessary.
  • URS/ORS- Routing development on scripts is required.
  • Unix / Windows & Network basic knowledge is beneficial.
