Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Data Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Business Analyst - Data Solutions. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving business outcomes by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and modern data architectures.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
