Network Engineer Position

Marriott International is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join its team.

This role focuses on creating and improving network services and solutions that ensure the best experience for Marriott associates and contractors.

  • Leverage expertise in enterprise networking to design, engineer, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN/WiFi networks for corporate products.
  • Manage network services and circuit capacity.
  • Plan and deliver projects, including hardware and software specification, vendor coordination, and full operational turnover.
  • Govern third-party service providers and escalate Level 3 support for operational issues/outages.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work collaboratively with our teams to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, with a focus on wireless, SD-WAN, and LAN infrastructure.
  • Expertise in enterprise wireless protocols, RF site surveys, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN (Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN experience preferred) including policy configuration, site provisioning, and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding and implementation experience with Fabric-based LAN architectures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead network design and implementation projects independently or as part of a team.
