Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, client-first environment and be passionate about client servicing, financial operations, and supporting advisors.

This role involves managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients, resolving queries, and keeping their information updated. You will also reach out to clients regularly, understand their needs, and offer suitable firm services.

  • Client Onboarding: Collect necessary documents and information from new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients by resolving queries and keeping their information updated.
  • Service Offerings: Understand client needs and offer suitable firm services such as digital tools, online access, cash management, etc.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members and share resources for better client service.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated through training on company policies, processes, and industry trends.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist in placing client orders and handling day-to-day admin tasks like calls, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
