Drive Growth through Performance Marketing

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Lead to drive high-impact campaigns and spearhead our brand's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies across digital platforms, with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Optimise performance to achieve strong ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of running successful campaigns for international markets.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigour.
  • Comfortable leading by example, setting strategies, and executing growth initiatives.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to influence brand direction.
