Strategic Financial Manager Role

As a key member of the financial team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and profitability by providing accurate financial insights and cost-saving strategies.

  • Develop comprehensive cost analysis reports to identify opportunities for optimization and recommend strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to track and update costs for raw materials, labor, overhead, and other expenses in real-time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost efficiency in sourcing and manufacturing.
  • Compare actual costs with budgets/estimates and investigate variances to propose corrective actions.
Financial Insights
  • Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights on break-even analysis, pricing strategies, and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Support management in decision-making with detailed cost-benefit analysis for investments and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to finance and costing.
Reporting and Collaboration
  • Present periodic financial analysis reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate accounting of costs and inventory.
Qualifications
  • MBA or CA qualification is essential.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in financial analysis, business finance, or management accounting is required.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools is necessary.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders are required.
