Job Description

The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will lead the advancement of our sustainability agenda in India, focusing on social and environmental issues that are most important to our people.

This role will be responsible for local program implementation, adapting global strategies to meet Indian context needs, and ensuring alignment with global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead local program implementation of environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, health & well-being, and philanthropy initiatives in India.
  • Adapt and execute global strategies within the Indian context while maintaining consistency with global frameworks.
  • Develop annual plans for India, set measurable targets, and track progress.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in India, engaging and influencing them to support our impact agenda.
Skill Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or DEI with employee engagement programs.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of India's sustainability, philanthropic, and DEI landscape.
  • Strong program and project management skills with proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leadership, building trust and alignment on key priorities.
