Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Leader Opportunity

Job Overview:

Elevate your career as a seasoned ESG professional with this key leadership role. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies.

Educational Background:

  • Postgraduate degree in Environment Science / Environment Management / Sustainability related field
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive ESG reports that accurately reflect our sustainability performance, utilizing global standards and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough materiality analysis and periodic reviews to ensure alignment with TCFD recommendations and industry benchmarks.
  • Identify and assess climate-related risks and opportunities, aligning with TCFD guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement climate action strategies that drive sustainable growth, leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and review supplier ESG performance to ensure compliance with our sustainability standards and policies.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of our ESG management system (ESMS), ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ESG or sustainability domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of various sustainability reporting standards, including GRI Standards, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD, SASB and CDP.
  • Proficiency in GHG emission accounting and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams across geographic locations.
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
