Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled finance operations manager to join our team. As a finance operations manager, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Support and Development: Provide day-to-day support and development of financial systems, including configuration, integrations, data transmission, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Data Accuracy and Enhancements: Ensure data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of financial features and functionality.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on financial best practices and partner with teams to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency.
  • Lead Finance Workstream: Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of leading practice-based business processes and solutions.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Be the primary point of contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Engagement Execution: Understand business requirements, configure financial solutions, demonstrate configurations through testing systems, assist businesses in testing financial solutions, gather configuration requirements, and problem-solve with stakeholders.

  • Business Requirements Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive, documented business requirements for requested changes, enhancements, or projects; accountable for articulating functional processes from beginning to end and providing thought leadership on functionality and design.
