Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Director of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Achieving personal booking goals and making recommendations on booking goals of direct reports is also a key responsibility.

  • Maximizing Revenue
  • Managing Sales Activities
  • Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
  • Building Successful Relationships
  • Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities

Requirements:

* 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
* OR
* 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
