Job Responsibilities
  • Develop high-impact projects to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
  • Own key problem statements from start to finish, from framing to execution and iteration.
  • Build business cases and run experiments to drive growth.
  • Design and manage execution roadmaps from idea to launch to early scaling.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and scale initiatives.
  • Optimize key workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Graduation from top-tier institutions.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of management consulting or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage startups preferred.
  • Skillsets:
    • Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and design scalable solutions.
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience to setbacks.
    • Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Ownership & Multitasking: High sense of accountability and ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams.
    • Communication Skills: Articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and synthesize insights.
