Senior Technical Architect for AI Innovations

We are seeking a visionary Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and strategic enablement of cutting-edge GenAI platforms.

This role will define scalable, event-driven agent orchestration frameworks and integration patterns that enable intelligent, governed, and reusable agent ecosystems.

  • Design modular AI agent frameworks for enterprise-wide reuse, ensuring scalability and consistency in observability, security, and orchestration patterns.
  • Define event-driven orchestration and agentic execution patterns to enable context-aware workflows, leveraging technologies such as LangGraph, Temporal, and vector databases.
  • Drive platform integration across GenAI agents to accelerate use case onboarding and improve collaboration.
  • Establish architecture standards to embed Responsible AI, data privacy, and policy enforcement within GenAI agents, ensuring seamless interaction with other systems.
  • Lead technical architecture planning across delivery sprints, vendor integration tracks, and GenAI product release, driving innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software or AI architecture roles, with a recent focus on LLMs, Generative AI, or intelligent agents.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing agent-based frameworks or AI orchestration platforms, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Azure AI/AKS, REST APIs, and observability stacks.
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as multimodal RAGs, event-driven systems, and memory management, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise architecture and guide cross-functional engineering teams, driving business growth and improvement.
