Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop innovative machine learning models to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Build and manage complex data pipelines to support training and inference workflows.
  3. Evaluate and optimize models for accuracy and performance, leveraging expertise in statistical analysis and computational techniques.
  4. Deploy models in production environments using containerized solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems and processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and technologies, applying knowledge to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering ML solutions in production environments.
  • Proven track record across multiple AI subdomains, including NLP, computer vision, and signal/audio processing.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with deep understanding of ML fundamentals and ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical problems.
  • Experience in supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and feature engineering.
  • Practical expertise in open-source model handling, fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment.
  • Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and API design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile project management methodologies.
  • Self-driven and technically curious, with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
