Cloud Engineering Position

About the Job:

We are seeking experienced Cloud Engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure Cloud Engineer:
  • Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps tools.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
  • Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and IT staff to oversee code releases.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks for faster and error-free deployments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines and related infrastructure.
  • Manage source control, branching strategies, and versioning using Git or TFVC.
  • Implement security and compliance policies within the DevOps pipeline.
  • Ensure proper configuration management and system integrity throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Integrate Azure DevOps with various services and tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center).
  • AWS Cloud Engineer:
  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS services and DevOps tools.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
  • Manage source control and collaboration platforms such as AWS CodeCommit, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
  • Implement container orchestration and management using Amazon ECS, EKS, and Docker.
  • Monitor system performance, application health, and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing, security scanning, and deployment workflows.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and performance.
  • Implement security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance controls within AWS.
  • Perform configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Required Skills:

  • Azure DevOps, Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Test Plans.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep.
  • Containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Monitoring and logging tools within Azure ecosystem.
  • Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
