We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation testing strategies to ensure the quality of our product.
- Develop and implement automation testing strategies to ensure the quality of the product.
- Create test plans and procedures based on product requirements.
- Design and implement a QA test framework for our service cloud platform in collaboration with the scrum team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Evaluate and report on product quality, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement defect management processes and tools to improve overall quality.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Cypress, and WebDriver IO.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business from an accredited university.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in a role as a QA Automation Engineer and experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting software tests.
