Business Operations Design Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Operations Design Lead to oversee the management of our design operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of our design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales funnels to achieve higher conversion rates by collaborating with our franchise owners and their teams.
  • Oversee the design output of multiple projects per month by coordinating work output from partner teams across various locations.
  • Assist in hiring designers through technical interviews and training them on predictable sales and design outcomes.
  • Develop customer experience strategies and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback and provide input on design initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecture, interior design, and project management, as well as strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. A degree in architecture or interior design is required, along with post-graduate education in project management or construction management. Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry is preferred. We value strong tech-savviness and the ability to work under pressure.
