Job Title: Assistant Manager

About Our Team:

We are a leading real estate organization with a presence across multiple cities worldwide.

In India, we have a significant portfolio of business and IT parks, industrial, lodging, and logistics properties across six cities. Our teams collaborate to achieve our objectives through leadership and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing assets and monitor performance for regular reporting.
  • Track project performance against financial models and update them regularly.
  • Prepare approval papers for the Board and contribute to annual forecasts.
  • Support fundraising efforts and prepare financial models and presentations.
  • Draft investment committee papers to present opportunities to the Board and Committee.
  • Prepare management reports and board materials for presentation.

Requirements:

  • CA/CFA/MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good presentation skills, analytical skills, and strong networking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
