Key Role:

We are seeking a skilled fundraising professional to drive our development engine, consolidating skills and growing into a frontline fundraiser.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Donor Engagement
    • Manage donor database with accurate information (HNIs, CSR, institutions)
    • Conduct thorough research and mapping of new prospects; prepare concise briefs for leadership and Development Board meetings
    • Support Development Board members with background notes and prospect tracking
  • Proposal Development & Communication
    • Develop proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with initiatives
    • Maintain proposal/report templates current and standardised
    • Collaborate on donor newsletters, mailers, and impact communications
  • Fundraising Operations Support
    • Maintain grant calendar and submission tracker
    • Ensure all donor/board interactions logged within 48 hours
    • Lead fundraising efforts for donor salons and stewardship events (concept, case materials, prospecting, follow-ups)
    • Prepare dashboards and internal reports on fundraising activity
