Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our finance and advisory team as a Financial Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports, and management dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models, conduct ratio analysis, and support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Detailed Project Reports: Prepare comprehensive Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to inform business decisions.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deducted at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide expert insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)- Inter, Master of Commerce (Mcom), Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom)
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously
