Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory filings.
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights.
  • Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency.
  • Support finance setup for new business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or professional qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of startup/venture finance.
  • Exposure to investor reporting and fundraising processes.
  • Experience in automation tools for finance operations.
  • Familiarity with global accounting practices.
