Job Title: Human Resources Development Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Development Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and develop their skills in recruitment, training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support training management by planning and delivering workshops, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Onboard and orient new employees by creating a comprehensive induction program and ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Enhance employee engagement by organizing team-building activities, managing employee recognition programs, and promoting a positive work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresher or student from any degree with a preference for BBA/MBA.
  • Available to work 5-6 hours a day, Monday to Saturday.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with humility, honesty, transparency, and integrity.
