Experienced BIM Specialist

Project Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished BIM expert to play a key role in the digital delivery and integration of projects. The successful candidate will utilize their technical expertise and exceptional skills to drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage BIM implementation, develop/update protocols and Execution Plans, and maintain project documentation.
- Understand client requirements, analyze/ implement BIM Execution Plans for deliverables.
- Document best practices and workflows, provide technical support, and liaise with specialists.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models, manage Revit production, and create families.
- Lead teams of CAD/Revit modelers, perform quality control, and provide mentoring.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and 3D authoring tools.
- Technical knowledge of MEP services, excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and take responsibilities.
