Portfolio Monitoring and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Monitoring and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in monitoring portfolio delinquencies and proposing policies to enable business growth while controlling risk.

About the Role
  • Monitor portfolio delinquencies at a micro level, identifying segments, locations, channels, profiles, and propose policies/strategies to enable business growth and control risk.
  • Develop and maintain risk monitoring dashboards using vintage charts, KPIs, business trends, etc.
  • Manage portfolios with data-driven insights using Demog and Bureau data, recommending necessary alterations in policy when required.
  • Utilize bureau/demog/banking variables to create features and generate insights.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to develop new products/programs.
  • Possess knowledge about policy frameworks pertaining to unsecured products.
  • Monitor loss in the business in different segments and highlight reasons for breach in threshold if any.
  • Automate crucial reports, test, and verify their correctness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for risk and policy-related data and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience.
  • Work experience with MNCs in the risk/data analytics field is preferable.
  • Proficiency in SAS/Python/DEX for risk management and policy implementation, including debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience in creating features and running decision tree/cluster analysis to identify segments will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication are essential.
