About the Role:

  • Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement change management strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps to support organizational initiatives.

  • Training & Enablement: Identify training needs and partner with L&D teams to design and deliver learning programs.
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Alignment: Partner with executives and managers to reinforce adoption and behavioral change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Certifications: PROSCI, CCMP, PMP, or Agile.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in technology-driven change initiatives (ERP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure adoption and business impact.
