Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Placement Manager. This individual will be responsible for creating employment opportunities for students by developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni.

Key Responsibilities:

  • C coordinate meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for top IT company recruitment.
  • Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.
  • C coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.
  • Collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.

Requirements:

  • Preferred to have a postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputable institutions will have an added advantage.
