We're looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our IT Infra recruitment team. As a key player in our fast-paced hiring engine, you'll be responsible for building world-class teams and driving end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles.

As a seasoned talent sourcing professional with 5+ years of experience in IT Infra hiring, you'll have a proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds. You'll utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.

Your responsibilities will include developing strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and meet aggressive timelines, and screening candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment.

You'll also be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving sourcing performance using data and insights. With your mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, you'll be able to drive results-driven hiring strategies.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in IT services, software as a service (SaaS), or tech recruitment is highly desirable
