Job Title: Software Engineer

This is a key individual contributor role within our small, competitive, and highly effective team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debug, test, and optimize complex software systems for performance.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing features with server-side logic.
  • Write scalable, testable, and efficient code that meets high-quality standards.
  • Identify and fix critical bugs promptly to ensure smooth system operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Strong expertise in building high-performance APIs and microservices.
  • Hands-on knowledge of PHP, Node.js, MySQL, REST APIs, Microservices, Apache, and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of technology-driven products and services, including attendance and timesheet solutions.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Qualification: BE/BTech (Computers), MSc, MCA, or similar.
